    • 本實驗室主要探討:社會文化脈絡下的信念與行為成因、特定的性格行為表徵、以及這些多元因素對民眾身心健康與心理適應的影響;同時亦針對人口結構轉變和聯合國永續發展目標SDGS倡議,拓展對新興議題的跨領域研究與實際行動關懷。
    • 隨著時代潮流演進與科技發展,同時亦考量研究生畢業後的職涯規劃,本實驗室亦針對數位時代所衍生的科技助人或教學模式及相關測量工具進行可行性評估與研發,並將成果實際應用於在地社區服務或國際化交流。
    • 此外,在獨居者眾的未來社會裡,同伴動物或智慧機器人等多元可擇模式在心理輔助療法或教學設計上的可能應用,亦為我們關注的相關議題。
    • We're on the main mission to explore the impact of social factors on human behaviors and mental health. In addition, we also hope to connect multiple perspectives and methods to psychological studies which we treasure the most. The laboratory also conducts the feasibility assessment of potential technological models related to psychological measurements and mental health promotion. In the future society of people living alone, the application of multiple alternative helping models such as companion animals or intelligent robots are also the crucial issues that we pay attention to.

    • 秉持理論與務實並重的教育精神,期許研究生兼具科學求真的企圖心與人文求善的美德力,並具備對本體論的關懷、知識論的創新、方法論的多元,且能在知識前保持征服的鬥志與謙遜的自信,進而成為致知格物且誠意正心的優秀人才,以期學生畢業之後不只能成就自己,還能在積極的社會實踐中看見肩負的責任,成為真正的愛智者與心理人。

    儀器設備

    Instruments

    • 持續擴充相關研究議題所需之軟硬體設備,目前除使用常見的標準化心理測驗量表外,亦採用非侵入式生理檢測與智慧科技,如:血壓計、心律變異測量儀、放鬆訓練裝置、膚電阻、遠距設備、智慧穿戴裝置、智慧機器人、擬真科技玩偶、3D列印機等,進行相關課程教學、身心指標評估或社區關懷服務;並運用專業統計軟體與資訊系統進行研究用數據資料分析。

    • 本實驗室畢業學生很適合從事:助人相關工作、社會企業、生活規劃師、行為數據分析師、研發顧問、個人創業、學術研究等,唯做人處事的正確心態及多元因應能力,方為長期成功生涯發展之關鍵核心。

    徐欣萍 副教授

    Associate Professor

    • 最高學歷:國立臺灣大學心理學博士 Ph.D. in Psychology, NTU
    • 研究領域健康心理學、性格與社會文化行為、華人本土心理學、正向心理學
    • 個人特色:以誠擇善、盡份隨緣、樂於接受新知與挑戰、以動物和大自然為師
    • 英文自介: Hi, there! I am Hsin-Ping Hsu. Before I entered my academic career, I was a school guidance counselor for many years. In 2015, I received my Ph.D. degree from the psychology department at National Taiwan University. After two years of perseverance, I am very thankful that I became one of NCKU in August 2017. I feel grateful for having the opportunity to work with excellent colleagues and students here. My research fields mainly focus on Personality Psychology, sociocultural behavior, Positive Psychology, mental health, and multidisciplinary issues in psychology. Speaking of my life philosophy, I choose good deeds with sincerity, do my best to follow the Eastern wisdom of "dao" and "yuanfeng", and am willing to accept challenges and innovation in the era of technological change. Also, I am a dog person and enjoy green exercise. You can feel free to contact me if you need any further information about my laboratory or just want to know more about me.

    研究團隊主要議題

    The Study Fields of Master Students

    本研究團隊成員主要的論文議題,均以關注個人或團體心理健康為主軸發展,並納入人性關懷與文化視角進行剖析,研究生均須具備文化心理學與健康心理學之融合素養、擁有高度自律學習動機、提升進階方法學技能並能與當代社會需求及人文科技發展接軌。目前碩士生主要執行中的重點內容包含:網路行為與測量工具研發、多元職涯發展行為、照顧者壓力調適、安全感的跨文化心理研究、正向心理學與心理適應議題、陪伴型助人科技的實務應用與評估等。
